Creativity: it’s in their brand DNA.
As Runway East continued to grow their share of an increasingly competitive coworking market, it became apparent they needed to rebrand.
Rising competition and a desire to clearly communicate what Runway East stand for led to a new design direction in collaboration with Sheila Bird Studio, one that would resonate with new and existing members to strengthen their market offering.
As Runway East continue to expand at speed, the creation of a clear but flexible brand DNA allows each location to have its own distinct yet cohesive identity. Each design is in keeping with the building’s heritage and its neighbourhood.
London Bridge was the first space to embody this refreshing style. The fit-out began with the strip out of six floors, to create thirty-five offices for teams of from 4-77 people. Flexible areas support the needs of these agile teams, such as a lively breakout and large event space, a variety of bookable meeting rooms and hidden nooks for privacy. Not forgetting quirks like the disused lift shaft we repurposed into an eccentric semi-enclosed space to maximise every sq ft of space.
