Small but mighty.

Located in central Bristol, Assembly is one of Bristol’s newest office developments. The newest fitted floor is our second workspace in the Assembly B Building, the latest to be completed in the development, following the brilliant Knight Frank project last year. This time, we partnered with Axa and Bell Hammer to deliver a tenant-ready space designed to attract new occupiers and accelerate leasing.

Coming in at less than 2,000 sq ft, the new plug and play office proves that size isn’t everything – beautiful design and strategic flexibility makes the workspace a perfect option for any growing business.

Perfection at pace

A tenant-ready workspace

Delivered as part of our Primed service, the Assembly B fitted space seamlessly blends beautiful design and flexibility, making it attractive to businesses looking for a turn-key solution.

The workspace includes a kitchen and breakout space, meeting rooms, desking and small welcome space that is perfect for meeting clients or doubling as an informal meeting area. Located in a prime waterfront position, the design maximises natural light and panoramic views. With wellbeing a key consideration, desks are placed by the windows, allowing employees to make the most of the daylight and the scenery.

Designed for adaptability, the layout can be easily reconfigured to suit any business. All furniture is loose, allowing for simple adjustments without the need for removal or disposal.

Delivered in just six weeks, the landlord is now able to offer a fitted option within the building, capturing the growing demand for this type of space.

Look and feel

Great views, beautiful design

A neutral design ensures broad appeal for any future tenant. Soft tones, light timber, and calming greens inspired by the surrounding landscape were chosen, making the space feel warm and inviting. In a nod to the rust-red cladding of the building, we used copper tones accent the space, grounding it in its location.

To strengthen the community connection, art created by Bristol students as part of the Assembly UWE Student Award, a partnership with the Bristol Photo Festival, hangs on the walls. The carefully considered design creates a space that feels both welcoming and adaptable – ready for future tenants to make it their own.

The central kitchen is a great space for tenants to connect and relax.
The space features two meeting rooms, including a boardroom.
