Speed? No problem.

The latest addition to Bristol’s Distillery building: a fully fitted, ground-floor workspace, ready for tenants to move in. This marks our seventh project in the Distillery, following the design and build of Pax8 and IOPP’s office spaces.

Working for Royal London, we delivered this space in just eight weeks from brief to completion, proving that high-quality fit-outs don’t have to mean long lead times. Fast, efficient, and designed to attract tenants from day one – that’s Cat B at its best.

A turnkey solution

A flexible, ready-to-go workspace

This fitted space seamlessly blends style, practicality, and adaptability. As a Primed space, it offers an attractive and ready-to-go space for businesses seeking a turnkey solution. Taking inspiration from the Distillery building’s main reception – where deep rusty tones and dark blues set the mood – we introduced these colours while keeping the palette neutral enough for tenants to make it their own. Black and beige form the foundation, with rust accents adding warmth and character.

Designed for flexibility, the space includes soft seating, collaborative work areas, focus booths, small meeting rooms, and a boardroom. A large central breakout space encourages community and connection between future employees – a key requirement for many tenants.

Lower manifestation on the glazing subtly obscures the less-than-ideal outlook without compromising natural light. Acoustic panels enhance comfort, while a strong focus on sustainability saw us reuse a significant amount of furniture – proving that great design doesn’t have to come at the cost of the environment.

The project exemplifies what Primed is all about – fast, efficient and beautifully designed spaces that tenants will love. Or, as we like to call it, Perfection at Pace.
